Hotels in the Eagle Pass area are between $40 to $100 for a weekend night.

Once the Kickapoo Casino became the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Hotel and Casino, they shut down that shuttle quick, and for good reason. At that time, the casino offered a free shuttle to and from the local hotels in Eagle Pass. Apparently, when the Kickapoo Casino first opened, they didn’t have the hotel built yet. The last time we were at the Lucky Eagle, there was no Uber, no taxis, and the shuttle service that the Kickapoo Casino had previously offered had just been cancelled. The one thing that really changed the game was our Kickapoo casino Uber availability. Having been there in August 2016, some of my critiques may be due to comparison, but I’ll certainly do my best to have an unbiased opinion.
